Course Content

This qualification is designed for learners who are new to the customer service sector and wish to improve their knowledge of this area resulting in the achievement of a nationally recognised qualification. It is designed for learners who deal, or intend to deal, with customers on a daily basis as part of their job role and is applicable to a variety of work environments.

 

Duration

This qualification is typically delivered over 3 days

 

Assessment

This qualification is assessed through completion of a portfolio of evidence that will be internally assessed and quality assured by the Centre. 

 

The qualification is delivered and assessed in the classroom or workplace via a portfolio of evidence. Certificates for those who are successful will be dispatched for distribution by the Centre contacts.
